At Freedom Paw Prints LLC, every product is custom-made specifically for your order. Because our items are printed on demand through our production partner, we have a limited returns and refunds policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color or variant
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect selections made by the customer during checkout

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, we are here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect.
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.

3. Resolution Process

Once we review your claim and confirm that it qualifies, we will work with our print partner to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A free replacement (reprint) of the affected item, or
  • A refund to your original payment method, where applicable.

All resolutions are subject to verification of the reported issue.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will generally not be issued for:

  • Customer ordering the wrong size, color, or product variant.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Requests made after the 30-day reporting period.
  • Minor variations in color or print placement that are normal in the print-on-demand process.
